Hand chimes occupy the space traditional handbells never modernized: the same group-playing format, rebuilt with a rounded sound chamber, special steel and lightweight ABS so children and beginners can actually hold and play them. Where a handbell set is a heavy investment in equipment and technique, the 050840 hands each player one color-coded note and gets a tune going immediately.

It shares the production line, tuning bench and certification process with our own consumer brand Musicube — the same instrument that is already selling on the US retail market under the Musicube name. In the classroom it works alongside the 050812 resonator bars (desktop format, C5–C6) to cover a full two-octave span between hand-held and table-top instruments.
