The wooden egg shaker pair is the tactile starting point of the Royalsound shaker range — solid FSC®-certified rubber wood turned into a smooth egg that fits a small hand exactly. Two sizes cover every grip: the 060801 (approx. Ø46 × 65 mm) for a full-palm shake, the 060802 (approx. Ø40 × 60 mm) for smaller hands and tighter rhythms.

One Pair, Two Sizes: The Grip Ladder
Egg shakers are all about how the hand closes around them — so the family is sized by grip, not by volume alone:
| 060801 · Large | Ø46 × 65 mm — fills an adult or primary-school palm; longer body gives a slower, rounder shake |
| 060802 · Small | Ø40 × 60 mm — nests in a three-year-old’s fingers; quicker attack for fast patterns |
Stocked together they cover a whole age range with one visual identity — the same warm wood, the same imprint, the same solid feel.
Solid Wood, Big Resonance
Plastic eggs rattle; a turned hardwood egg resonates. The difference is the material:
- FSC®-certified rubber wood is dense and even-grained — the filled body carries a rounder, warmer shake than hollow ABS shells
- Structural robustness: the one-piece turned construction survives drops and pocket rides that crack glued plastic shells
- Water-based paint keeps the natural wood visible and the surface safe — the grain shows through, the smell of plastic does not
- Softly rounded ends make the egg roll and pass cleanly in circle games — a favorite of early-childhood teachers

Product Positioning
The 060801/060802 wooden pair is the natural-material voice of the Royalsound shaker range — alongside the ABS egg families (the four-sound color egg shakers and the Asalato rhythm balls) it lets one supplier cover plastic volume lines and wood premium lines from the same factory. It pairs naturally with the tambourine and hand drum families for a complete early-percussion section.
It shares the production line, finishing bench and certification process with our own consumer brand Musicube — the same instrument that is already selling on the US retail market under the Musicube name.
Quality & Manufacturing
Each egg is turned from FSC®-certified rubber wood and protected with water-based paint; the filled body is sealed against opening. Quality is tested to EN 71 and ASTM F963, with batch-level reports available for every shipment, issued under your brand name. Every unit is seam and rattle-checked before packing.

OEM / ODM: Make It Yours
Once the instrument is proven, the next question is how it starts carrying your brand:
- Logo: imprint on the egg body — laser, heat-stamp or print, from low trial quantities.
- Wood tone: the natural finish is the default; volume orders can tone the stain to your market.
- Packaging: the brown box takes a full-color sleeve, or we quote a full-color box from volume.
- Set building: mixed 060801/060802 cartons and egg-pair gift sets are standard options.
- Certification: EN 71 and ASTM F963 reports issued under your brand name.

Packaging & Export
What lands at your warehouse:
- Each unit packed in a brown box; export cartons engineered for drop-test survival, mixed sizes allowed per carton.
- Shipping terms: FOB Ningbo/Shanghai; DDP available for EU and US destinations.
- MOQ, carton quantity and container loading are confirmed on your quotation — ask with your quantity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which size should we order?
A: For a first assortment, stock both: the small 060802 serves the 3-to-5 age band and gift programs, the large 060801 serves primary classrooms and studio players. Mixed-size cartons are a standard option.
Q: How does a wood egg differ from a plastic egg shaker?
A: Material changes the sound and the story. The solid rubber-wood body resonates warmer and survives drops that crack plastic shells, and the natural finish reads as a premium, sustainable product. Plastic eggs win on color variety and price; wood wins on tone, feel and brand story.
Q: Which certifications does it carry?
A: EN 71 and ASTM F963, with batch-level test reports available for every shipment, issued under your brand name for your market filings.
Q: What is the MOQ for OEM orders?
A: MOQ and carton configuration depend on your customization level and destination market — they are confirmed on your quotation rather than a fixed published number. Send your quantity and target market for a costed proposal within 24 hours.
