One Mallet, Nothing to Put Down
The traditional design structure is equipped with high-quality bars, emitting a wonderful sound.
The 050811 takes that traditional structure and gives it a shape small hands understand: a rounded beechwood resonator body with an open cutout that doubles as a grip. One wood mallet is all a beginner needs — and when play is over, the practical storage option on the body takes the mallet back, so nothing rolls off the table. Eight colored bars, each carved with its note, sit on metal nails over the beechwood chamber, covering a full C6–C7 C-Major scale.

Product Positioning
Where the 050805 is the classic rectangular block, the 050811 is the shape-led sibling in the traditional series: same 22 × 2 mm special-steel bars and fundamental C6–C7 tuning, but a rounded beechwood resonator with a built-in home for the mallet. It is the model you reach for when the buyer asks for something that photographs beautifully and survives toddler logic.
It shares the production line, tuning bench and certification process with our own consumer brand Musicube — the same instrument that is already selling on the US retail market under the Musicube name.
Quality & Manufacturing
The beechwood resonator body is cut, shaped and sanded before the water-based paint goes on; the exclusive paint process is what keeps this series’ clear and powerful sound. Special-steel bars (22 × 2 mm) are fundamentally tuned, stamped with their note letters and mounted on metal nails above the resonator chamber. Batch-level EN 71, ASTM F963 and GB 6675 reports are available for every shipment, issued under your brand name.

OEM / ODM: Make It Yours
Once the instrument is proven, the next question is how it starts carrying your brand:
- Logo: laser engraving or print on the beechwood body, from low trial quantities.
- Colorways: bar finishes and full-color box artwork matched to your Pantone references.
- Song sheet: your brand and your own song selection on the colored-note song sheet.
- Documents: EN 71 / ASTM F963 / GB 6675 reports issued under your brand name.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why does the 050811 come with only one mallet?
A: One mallet is deliberate. For a first instrument, a single stick removes the coordination load of holding two, and the mallet has a practical storage option on the body — young children can pick it up, play and park it without adult help.
Q: Where exactly does the mallet store?
A: The body has a built-in slot under the bars. Slide the stick in after play and it stays with the instrument — no loose parts, no lost mallets in a classroom drawer.
Q: What do the metal nails do for the sound?
A: Each bar rests on two metal nail posts over the hollow beechwood chamber. The open mounting lets the chamber speak freely, which is where this model gets its clear and powerful sound.
Q: How is it different from the 050805?
A: Both share the traditional series platform — 22 × 2 mm special-steel bars, fundamental tuning, C6–C7. The 050805 is the compact rectangular pinewood block with two mallets; the 050811 is the larger rounded beechwood body with mallet storage and a single mallet.
Q: What is the MOQ for OEM orders?
A: MOQ and carton configuration depend on your customization level and destination market — they are confirmed on your quotation rather than a fixed published number. Send your quantity and target market for a costed proposal within 24 hours.
