Our Quality Process
- Material intake. Incoming wood, metals and finishes are verified against restricted-substance limits and certified sources (FSC).
- In-process control. Tuning, edges, coatings and assembly are inspected at every production stage on the line.
- Lab testing. Pull, drop, sound and chemical tests confirm compliance before mass-run approval.
- Final audit. AQL inspection and functional checks on finished goods, with full batch traceability.
