Introduction
This model is designed specifically for kids, because kids often have problems caring for their instruments – especially with the recorder. The head joint is made of durable ABS plastic while the lower body is pearwood, allowing for a mellow sound. The soprano recorder has a fast response and good intonation. The combination with an easily cleaned, dishwasher-safe head joint makes this an ideal beginners’ recorder for schools, music programs and starter lessons.

German or Baroque Fingering
The 150126 uses German fingering with single holes – the most common choice for beginners because notes speak easily and the fingering pattern is straightforward. The 150127 uses Baroque fingering with double holes – preferred by music teachers who want students to transition later to professional wooden recorders. Both versions share the same body, range and accessories, so schools can mix them in one classroom order.
