Retail-Ready Packaging & Kitting
Open-box-to-shelf packaging, barcoding and kit assembly for retail and e-commerce.
Retail buyers judge a musical instrument brand on its shelf presence — and e-commerce buyers judge it in the first ten seconds after unboxing. Our packaging & kitting service covers that entire last meter: from brown-box export cartons to full-color retail boxes, multi-piece kit assembly, barcoding and marketplace-compliant labeling.
Packaging Options
| Brown export box | Cost-efficient standard for OEM programs and B2B channels; full-color sleeve optional |
| Full-color retail box | Printed box with your branding, product photography and multilingual copy — shelf-ready |
| Gift box | Rigid or folding gift construction with magnetic or ribbon closure for premium SKUs |
| Storage / carry case | Printed carry cases, zip bags and molded storage trays that become part of the product value |
| Blister & header | PP bags with printed headers for small items — shakers, harmonicas, spare parts |

- Multi-piece sets — percussion kits of 2 to 20+ pieces assembled, counted and sealed in one flow, like our classroom storage-case sets
- Learning content — songbooks with colored keys, teacher guides, note stickers and manuals inserted per SKU
- Accessories — mallets, finger picks, straps and spare parts kitted to your bill of materials
- Bundling — multi-model bundles for retail promotions, with unified artwork across the set

How a Packaging Project Runs
| Step 1 | You send the SKU list, quantities and target channel (retail, e-commerce, or both) |
| Step 2 | We propose structure and dielines; your designer supplies artwork or we draft it for you |
| Step 3 | Printed proof and a packed sample ship for approval |
| Step 4 | Kitting and packing run in-line with production — no double handling, no extra warehouse hop |
| Step 5 | Cartons arrive retail-ready or marketplace-ready, labeled to the destination’s rules |
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can you pack different models into one mixed pallet?
A: Yes — mixed-SKU cartons and pallets are standard for retail programs, with per-SKU barcode accuracy verified at pack-out.
Q: Who provides the packaging artwork?
A: Either. Your designer works from our dielines, or our team drafts print-ready artwork from your brand assets — including translations.
Q: Is custom retail packaging available at low quantities?
A: Full-color boxes need volume to be economic; below that we recommend a brown box with a full-color sleeve, which carries most of the shelf impact at a fraction of the tooling.
Q: Can kits include items you do not manufacture?
A: Yes — buyers regularly consign third-party items (books, mats, apparel) to us for kit assembly and consolidated export.
